Cellars

The cellars and winery lie a few hundreds metres from the vineyards in the centre of the village of San Lorenzo. Modern and practical, they can be described as the heart of Lis Neris. Like the roots of the vines, the cellar extends mainly underground, bringing many benefits for the production processes, the handling of the grapes and the evolution of the wine .
Modern winemaking combines with century-old traditions to exalt the aromas and flavours of the “terroir” where both the vineyard and cellars have their roots.
